We’re expanding and looking for safe, reliable Class 1 HGV drivers — experienced and newly qualified. Professional driving in brand-new MAN TGX trucks, with no loading or unloading on most of our work.

What you can earn.
Fresh Drivers
Up to £44,000
a year, plus a monthly Performance Bonus
Includes basic salary, tramping allowance, and retention and milestone bonuses.
Experienced Drivers
Up to £47,600
a year, plus a monthly Performance Bonus
Includes basic salary, tramping allowance, and retention and milestone bonuses.
THE JOB
Trailer work, with nights out.
We move freight for big-brand clients and businesses across the UK. Most of your work will be collecting loaded trailers from clients’ sites and delivering them between warehouses and depots — dropping and swapping trailers, so on most jobs there’s no loading or unloading.
Most of our work is tramping: you’ll spend nights out in the truck’s sleeper cab during your working week, with a tramping allowance paid on top of your basic salary. Your rota is published a week in advance.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Is this you?
- Full Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- Happy to work tramping shifts, with nights out in the cab
- A safe, flexible driver who gives good customer service and works well with the team
- Fresh or experienced — both welcome, with contracts and support to match
- Within reach of Leighton Buzzard: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Greater London and surrounding areas
