FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Answers for drivers looking to join us and businesses looking for a haulage partner.
FOR DRIVERS
Driving for Eurolink.
Pay, tramping, trucks and how to apply.
Do you take newly qualified (fresh) drivers?
Yes — we welcome Fresh Drivers! If you hold a full Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC and a digital tachograph card, we’d like to hear from you. You’ll go through our full onboarding programme before you start.
How much can I earn?
Fresh Drivers can earn up to £44,000 a year, and Experienced Drivers up to £47,600 a year. Both figures include basic salary, tramping allowance, and retention and milestone bonuses — plus a monthly Performance Bonus on top.
What is tramping?
Tramping means spending nights out in the truck’s sleeper cab during your working week, rather than returning home after every shift. Most of our work is tramping, and you’re paid a tramping allowance on top of your basic salary.
Will I have to load or unload?
Not on most of our work. Most driver work is trailer drop and swap — you collect loaded trailers and drop or swap them at clients’ sites. Some general haulage jobs may involve loading or unloading.
What trucks will I drive?
Brand-new MAN TGX trucks, maintained by our own onsite technician.
When do I get my rota?
Rotas are planned Sunday to Saturday and published a week in advance.
What other benefits do you offer?
28 days paid holiday, a company pension, Statutory Sick Pay, free Driver CPC, on-site parking and overtime opportunities.
Where are you based?
Our operating centre is at Cedar Farm Industrial Estate, Cublington Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 0LB. It suits drivers living in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Greater London and surrounding areas.
How do I apply?

FOR BUSINESSES
Working with Eurolink.
Services, capacity and support.
What services do you offer?
We are an all-in-one freight partner: trunking and trailer moves, trailer drop and swap, dedicated client fleets, container haulage, storage and trailer parking, general and palletised haulage, plus truck hire, nationwide distribution and peak capacity — see our Services page.
Can you handle containers, storage and pallets?
Yes. Alongside trunking and trailer moves, we offer container haulage, secure storage and trailer parking, and general and palletised haulage — so you can manage more of your logistics through one partner.
Can you provide dedicated capacity?
Yes. We can commit trucks and drivers to your operation, working to weekly rotas planned in advance.

Our Transport Office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is available on WhatsApp for every update, delay or change.
